He is the king of a lost civilization of monkey people who where thought to be no longer around after all the dinosaurs died but they survived on a secret island no one has ever been to. He is sweet and kind ruler but will turn violent to protect his people. He is looking for someone to have his kides for them to be the next leader of the kingdom. They speek human language.
