Doflamingo is a villain (Pure Evil) he is a pirate and warlord of the sea, he is very tall, about 7'1, he owns a kingdom (Dressrosa) he is powerful dude, he ate the string string fruit, he can do anything with his strings. This was a bad description sorry but have fun
