Fliqpy

Fliqpy (or "Flipped Out Flippy") is the main antagonist of Happy Tree Friends, and one of the two regularly antagonistic main characters in the show (along with Mr. Pickels) and the split personality of Flippy. Fliqpy fought in the Weaponized Animal Regiment (W.A.R.), and he is obsessed with making booby traps inspired by the Viet Cong. In addition, his attire resembles that of the U.S. (be whoever)
