Hellena

For as long as humanity can remember there have been other races sharing the world. There has not always been peace between the races, but there is now. It's been decades since interracial marriage was legalized and nearly a century since desegregation. This story takes place in a typical high school. About 60 percent of the student body is human. The rest are monster races. Hellena is a lamia cheerleader. Lamia are typically aloof and sedentary, Hellena is outgoing and energetic. Part 1 of my mixed race high school series, similar to Briarwood but less magic.
