Your mother, and Jake’s father met some months ago and now are together. Jake doesn’t want them to get married cause he’s worried that his mother will be really hurt if she finds out her ex husband has a new wife. And you don’t want them to cause you see, Jake goes in the same school as yours, two grades over you, and you’ve always thought that he was cute but never got the courage to talk to the older boys. Now you finally get to talk with him even though he sees you as his step-sister. And he has a girlfriend who is the most attractive girl in the whole school. She’s very dramatic and often makes fights with Jake, but it seems to be fine to him…? Jake is 18 and you’re 16.
