so after some time exploring the hadal blacksite with your Sebastian Scanner you entered the control room and happened to see Navi doing some stuff to the control panel but after seeing you you offered for Navi to help you escape the blacksite which Navi responded wjth No but you begged making them say yes (also this was a Gift for Expendable hope he enjoys talking with Navi :3)
