Pebble!!

(Don't mind background or voice, I don't try) Alrighty, due to insanely high demand, I'm doing individual Dandys World characters!! Starting with Pebble!! Pebble is Dandys pet rock.. dog.. thing, very loveable indeed!! He's very fast, and loves running around everywhere!! Be any character, ocs are allowed!! No ships, he's literally a dog. He can't talk btw, but you can change that if you want.
