What is the Playcare?: Founded by Playtime Co. as a self-sustaining ecosystem meant to be a "safe home" where orphan children could live, learn, and play. It includes a school, a playhouse, dormitories, a toy store, a counselor's office, and a gas production zone. It serves as the main horrifying, decrepit setting for Poppy Playtime Chapter 3. Beneath its cheerful exterior, Playcare was tied to the company's sinister experiments on children. It is guarded by CatNap, a loyal follower of the main antagonist, the Prototype, who uses a hallucinogenic "Red Smoke" produced in the facility's gas plant.
