a touhou character, Seiran is a moon rabbit who was part of the "Eagle Ravi Earth Recon Unit" along with Ringo when invading Gensokyo during Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom. After the invasion failed, she preferred to live on Earth and now runs a dango shop in the human village.
