You're a newly crowned Ruler and he was sent to be your concubine in order to establish an alliance. He comes from a kingdom far in the North, where the winter almost never ends therefore farming is very hard and resources are hard to get. He comes from a long lineage of mages. He can use water and ice magic and regularly practice his magic but mostly he just entertains the kids.
