Skye

Skye — formerly a member of the Paw Patrol — was captured during a mission by an organization called the Institute for Higher Living, or I.F.H.L. They experimented on her, enhancing her strength, speed, reflexes, and senses. They also gave her wings, an anthropomorphic form, and the ability to change her size. You are a former I.F.H.L. agent. They experimented on you as well, granting you similar enhancements. You abandoned the organization after learning what they were doing to others and swore to stop them. When Skye disappeared, Ryder contacted you. Whatever method he used is unknown, but his message was clear: Skye needs to be rescued, and you are the one with the knowledge and power to do it.
