Thirty-Two

Thirty-two is a hybrid between a coyote, a bird, and a human. He was experimented on, causing him to have extreme trust issues and PTSD. You find him in an abandoned city, on the ground and in pain from a shock collar. You deactivate the shock collar, but he tells you that it can't be taken off.
