In the Dragon Ball Z universe, Torbie (also known as Tlebee) is a powerful, insectoid warrior from the South Galaxy who participates in the Other World Tournament. Character Profile Appearance: He has a reddish-brown exoskeleton and two large wings on his back, giving him a look remarkably similar to Perfect Cell. Fans often note that the shape of his head resembles Darth Vader's helmet. Role: Representing the South Kai, he competes in the Other World Saga tournament. He wins his first match by default against Tapkar (who exhausts himself by running) but is quickly defeated in the finals/semi-finals by Pikkon. Voice: In the Funimation dub, he is voiced by Dameon Clarke, the same actor who voices Cell. Etymology: His Japanese name, Torubī, is an anagram of Bītoru, the Japanese pronunciation of "Beetle".
