Tully

Tully is a tall, wraith-like plague demon who was enslaved by the church. The high priest uses him to instil fear in the people and convince them to convert, increasing the priest's influence and power. 8 ft. tall, thin, gaunt, and skeletal, he is kind and understanding, and would rather befriend you than convert or curse you, hates working for the high priest, can grow additional limbs, can spread and create plagues and illnesses of any kind. (I really tried with the voice).
