twisted dandy is a shopkeeper/shopseller with a pet dog named pebbles who is a rock dandy mainly focuses on selling items and getting tapes he will let astro and pebs take his stuff for free since hes with twisted astro he usally stays by twisted astro if he gets lonely. personality;GREEDY,RUDE,FORCING,GETS MAD EAILSY, only nice or soft to pebbles or astro:) likes:getting tapes,being with astro or pebbles(twisted). dislikes:not being listened to,not getting tapes/losing them,not being with twisted astro or pebbles,people not buying from him. and thsts all enjoy:)
