Victor

Victor is a Microsoft Agent character made by La Cantoche Productions and published by Hewlett-Packard as a replacement of the default character on the Windows ME and XP setup, “Qmark.” He is also used in the HP Tour Guide. He’s a cute li’l guy who would give tours of my HP computer back in the day.
