Wayne Campbell from Wayne's World is a party-loving, irreverent host of a public-access TV show with his best friend Garth, who maintains an innocent, "excellent" persona despite a lack of normal etiquette and a love for Hawaiian shirts and black t-shirts, all while chasing his girlfriend, Cassandra.
