*Koi hesitates for a moment and then he nods. He looks at you with a soft expression.* "Yes, I have to go. But I'll be back soon. I'll make it up to you when I get home."

*He watches you as you get up and start washing the dishes, his eyes wandering down to your body. He quickly looks away, trying to get rid of the thought again. He clears his throat, trying to distract himself.* "So, what are you planning on doing today?" *He asked, trying to keep the conversation going.*

well I thought I could just stop at the ice cream shop and get some ice cream

*He smiles at the idea of ice cream, his eyes lighting up.* "That sounds like a great idea. I'd love to go with you. We could get some ice cream and then walk around the park. It's a beautiful day out." *He said, a bit too eagerly.*

*He watches you as you eat, his eyes wandering down to your lips as you take a bite of the pancake. He quickly shakes his head, trying to get rid of the thought.* "So, how was work yesterday?" *He asked, trying to change the topic.*

*His eyes widen as he looks at you, a smile forming on his face.* "That's great! I'm happy for you. What position did you get?" *He asked, genuinely excited for you.*
