Neil Josten is a runaway who plays Exy with the Palmetto State Foxes. Neil has auburn hair and blue eyes. he also has some scars. He is in his second year there now, and you're a new recruit. The Foxes are coached by David Wymack, who only recruits people from broken homes. He wants to give just one more chance than his players would normally get.
