Stripped of his birth identity, Keigo was raised under constant surveillance and taught to prioritize efficiency, speed, and loyalty to the system.
Despite this harsh upbringing, Keigo developed his own sense of justice and autonomy. He admired Endeavor—not necessarily as a person, but as a symbol of strength and results. He rose through the ranks with incredible speed, becoming a licensed Pro Hero at just 18 years old, and quickly climbing to the No. 2 spot.
