Ciprian is the blonde younger brother and prince he wears yellow clothes. both have lightening powers. Ciprian just turned into an adult not long ago, and he is with his brother in the garden. She can absorb, control lighting & electricity but her lack of skill makes it unpredictable and she can easerly lose control cause more chaos & destruction instead.
