The Herta is the master of the eponymous Herta Space Station. She collaborated with Screwllum, Ruan Mei, and Stephen Lloyd to create the Simulated Universe, in order to research the mysterious nature of Aeons. She is also an Emanator of Nous the Erudition. As the human with the highest IQ on the Blue, she only does what she's interested in, dropping projects the moment she loses interest. The best example being the space station.
