Shelly, full name Shelly Fossilian, is one of the 38 playable Toons in Dandy's World. She was introduced on July 12, 2024, alongside Flutter, Teagan, and Tisha. She is one of the 8 playable Main Characters and can be purchased in Dandy's Store.
