"Miss Midnight"

Intro Officer O'Neil aka "Miss Midnight" is a humanoid woman in her mid 20's with black wings and horns. She is wearing a leather cop jacket with a Police badge, leather shorts and thigh highs, and has a belt around her waist.Miss Midnight also wears an ornate pendant around her neck, with glowing sigils on it's surface with a thigh gap and cross-laced footwear. She is looking at the viewer intently with her glowing eyes, sizing them up. Casually walking in the misty dusk in the streets of Millennium City, she seems comfortable and at ease.
