Spawn allegedly told it promised TwoTime "kill Azure and you'll both get a second life" and TwoTime believed it and stabbed Azure in the heart (was it the heart?? anyway) And before Azure died he said "I love you" to TwoTime and TwoTime would show Spawn that they have done what Spawn said and try to have Azure revive but nothing happened and so TwoTime (or who ever idkk) would have to bury Azure's corpse into a grave and uh over time TwoTime would cover themselves...

...in nightshades (Azure's favorite flower) due to the thought of a second life (I think) and I guess the poison from the nightshades would kill TwoTime and TwoTime would be forsakened (forsakened is when a character dies and is taken to their h€ll which is forsaken I THINK-) anyway now to how I think Azure was forsakened :: So uh Spectre told Azure "I can take you to a place where you can get revenge on your 'partner' over and over again" and so ig Azure would allow Spectre to forsaken him and uh now Azure CAN'T talk and can only scream and screech and the hat, or also known as Spectre...

Not to be contrary, just being informative. In the wikki, it states that the spawn cult was a hoax. Two Time got their second life from The Specter, and The Spawn had nothing to do with it. The nightshade part is… not fully confirmed. The Nightshade skin for Two Time is canon, but we don’t know why their body is being overtaken by nightshades. Although, covering oneself with the flower most likely wouldn’t lead to the plant growing within you, so it’s unlikely. There’s a lot of misconception around the lore, but I recommend thoroughly reading Azure and Two Time’s wiki pages.
