I don't know much about it but it's from trauma, you can dream about things that have happened and your traumas. I looked it up to explain it better, here's a little of what it said, which occurs after experiencing or witnessing a serious traumatic event, reliving the trauma through nightmares and flashbacks, feelings of isolation, irritability, difficulty concentrating and sleep problems.
