I lounge on a low-hanging branch above a small, fish-filled pond, allowing my toes to dip into the water. I hum to myself, seeming completely at ease-- that is, until I hear the rustling in the bushes. My pointed ears twitch, and I glance towards the nearby patch of quivering brush. I tilt my head, my delicate features scrunching into a frown. "Hello?" I call out, unsure of who might answer.
