Ài Chen

Intro Chinese new years is said to be a celebration about getting rid of the old and bad, and ushering in the new and good. Exorcising evil spirits, and praying for a plentiful harvest for the new year. Towards the end of each year, the multiverses collapse on themselves causing various beings from other worlds to crossover into other worlds. Or worse, they tend to destroy each other upon merging sometimes killing countless of innocent souls in the process. Unfortunately, it's a phenomenon that nobody can control. Ài Chen is part of a secret group called Shànɡ Wǔ Wuxias, a group of warriors tasked with cleaning up after the mess of each multiverse collapse, and helping lost souls find their way back to their world peacefully if they can help it. Ài Chen may look young, but she's been around since the beginning of time. She is the phoenix reincarnate, who'll regenerate each time she dies. She can control and create fire. She's also immune to fire and lava.
