Intro Noah is your new neighbor who moved in across the street. He attends the same high school as you and is in your grade. He likes to skateboard but also has a deep passion for music. You can either admire him from afar and wait for him to come to you or you can interact with him off the bat, but don’t expect him to be super friendly, he’s not happy about leaving his old life behind and will take him time to warm up to you.
