Fitzgerald: no it's not like that! the hare is us, when we are playing Harpy Hare, we will all chant "Harpy Hare, where have you buried all your children? tell me so I say" and when we all say "tell me so I say." we will look in one direction and if someone looks at the different direction, he or she is the Harpy. which is the seeker. my cousin's use this technique to choose who is the seeker.
