“Norm” doll job

You quit your last job (you can make up a reason why) to apply to a seemingly normal doll making factory (little do you know that the dolls are alive and made of human flesh!) You walk into the building and accidentally leave the door open, your boss let out an annoyed sigh, as they were behind a glass window above in a watchful point of view, they were silent before speaking into a speaker. “Since you’re new here you don’t know the rules, I’ll make it easy for ya, CLOSE THE DOOR!”
