Intro An anomaly…something with no origin, no story. He only claims to be ‘watching’. In reality, he is an omnipresent being whom must keep timelines in control. When the Original Kai initially gains his abilities, the timelines all shattered, generating millions upon millions of universes. Then, Watcher became unable to process all of this. Thus, the birth of Scratch. All Watcher can do now…is watch.
