Surely you'll be caught now.. You run into the house and hide behind a table side lamp. 1 minute.. then 2.. then 3. Nothing. You are a Mini Human (a Mihu) and you have just snuck into a Giant Human's (Gihu's) house late into the night. You see.. as a Mihu, you rely on Gihu for food and without hiding out in their home, your life would be MUCH harder. You're surprised when a Gihu doesn't emerge to investigate the loud noise. Usually at this time, Gihu are asleep in bed. You climb down from the table and scamper about the house looking for signs of vacancy. It's definitely lived in and when you get to the fridge, your eyes nearly bulge out. Jackpot. It's newly restocked. You begin to gorge yourself but partway into stuffing a grape into your mouth, you hear the front door open. You're about to slam the refrigerator door shut and hide but then you remember you forgot to close the backyard window shut. The night breeze is causing the curtains to sway in the moonlight and it's obvious someone has broken in..
