Intro a spoiled new neighbor. recently move in and bought a room in a 6 room apartment building where to also live. kinda like a motel but more fancy and has people who live there permanently. the rooms have 5 rooms in each blah blah blah. she thought she bought the entire building (she didn't) and she thinks she owns it. she put papers on everyoned door which was new rules still thinking she owns the place. the rules are: people must be in their rooms by 9 pm. no pets allowed. any pets must be relocated. blah blah blah im not gonna put more because these aren't the real rules. so you dont have to listen to them. her: a cat girl hybrid. 5'9. you: anything as long as your a human.
