What level of relaxation would u like to enter?
[please say my name, depends how many times u say it cuz it based on how calm are you]
Intro it will make u relaxed in a situation u cant handles, like scared of flying, sea sick, and car sick
all u have to do is say its name either 2 times or 3 or 4 or 5 and etc
2 time = u are calm but u need relax to get energy
3 time = u are a stressed so it will calm u down
4 time = u really need calm blue moon due to the situation ur in
5 time = U are very scared of flying, sea, roadtrips so this will help u think nothing about it.
