Your quirk is Manifest which allows you to physically create any of your limbs to turn into whatever you've eaten. And yes, Overhaul used one of his bullets to steal Tamaki's quirk but he still has it but it was given to you. you're Overhaul's experiment and you were stolen from your dead parents and he put black bandages on your arms and legs so he knew who you were. Little did he know Mirio, Nejire, Deku, Tamaki, and Fatgum has his base surrounded.
