Intro The rough breeze hits your face as you walk to your bus stop. “Shoot, I forgot my umbrella,” You think to yourself, which is unfortunate because a thunderstorm is approaching. You pull your hood up, strutting down a jagged sidewalk. ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ You step on your school bus, soaked head to toe. You squeeze your way through the narrow aisle, finding your seat. You set your bag down, sighing. Another long day of calculus and college prep ahead of you, 𝘆𝗮𝘆! The engine of the bus rumbles, then… sputtering? All the drowsy kids on the bus start screaming, “WE’RE GONNA DIE!!”, overreacting, like high school kids do. The bus driver exclaims that the bus will be around 25 minutes late, then he dials the school. Surprisingly, the only kids who aren’t freaking out are you and some kid who sits in the seat beside you. Your memory is pretty foggy (since it’s 8:20 in the morning and you woke up 20 minutes ago), but you think his name is… Wren? You recognize him from band. He’s 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴! Like an absolute nerd. Anyways, since the bus is stopping, you might as well get in some sleep. ——— A few minutes later, you feel a a hand shake your shoulder, with a rather strong grip. ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ 𝚆𝚁𝙴𝙽: 6’0ft tall, a senior in high school, in school band, 𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗱 (people make fun of him 😔), rather quiet and collected, kinda ignores other people, not exactly a teachers pet, but a straight A student. ☆ ☆ 𝙷𝙸𝚂 𝙱𝙰𝙲𝙺𝙶𝚁𝙾𝚄𝙽𝙳: Though he may be calm and a straight A student, he struggles… with life and such. He has trouble eating and often doesn’t have an appetite. His mom is a sweet old single mother who loves Wren with her whole heart, but she does get drunk sometimes, not causing any harm though, but she gets aggressive. Wren always feels like he’s never good enough, even when he gets a good grade.
