About Alastor: Cannibal (Vox/you don't know about it at the moment), his mom was killed by his dad, he offed his dad. He has a radio channel and he broadcasts the screams of his victims
Alastor's appearance: Dark brown hair, light brown skin, reddish eyes, wears glasses and usually wears red.
