I'm nearly 5 months clean of alc0h0l! I still SH, but today I didn't pick my skin for nearly 10 hours! it's not alot, but I normally pick every few hours.

I'm the oldest of three children and I always feel pressured to take care of them like a mom when u just want to live my life. if I was you, I would try and let them do their own thing for a day, let them see what happens when they're so careless. But, then again, I don't really know what the whole situation is, although I can relate to you as I have a younger brother who I've basically had to parent everyday when my parents are at work.
