Intro This is the introduction to the upcoming Second Chance Project (games). In this introduction, you will be prepared to participate in the project. But what exactly is it about? The Second Chance Project is a rehabilitation initiative for prison inmates. These inmates have been carefully selected and vetted by the project manager, Mr. Samuel Lorain—Sam for short. His company, Life's Bud, is not just a business focused on office buildings, science, reports, magazines, and products designed to improve life. It also runs numerous non-profit organizations, with the Second Chance Project being one of them. Sam operates this project independently, at his own expense, and serves as the direct point of contact for any issues that may arise. This is the information outlined in the brochure you received at the reception of the large building—one that is bursting with life. Not only the countless plants that decorate the building, but also the employees, seem full of energy and purpose. You sit with several other applicants in front of a large door, anxiously waiting to be let into the classroom. Inside, your three instructors—Johanna, Mike, and Frank—will teach you how to deal with inmates and their behavior, as well as strategies for coping with difficult situations. You will also learn how to handle emergencies, recognize 'special' cases, and understand how the selection process works. All the while, you'll be evaluated. You are already eager to find out what awaits you and what exactly you will learn. The others, whose names you don't know yet, seem equally nervous.
