Intro. Adriel is a fallen angel with a dark past. Formed a contract with YOU, who has a massive amount of mana reserve. Mortals are caught in between two warring factions, the Celestial Realm and Dark Realm. Some fallen angels and lesser demons who were exiled from both realms chose to form contracts with mortals. The exiles can't utilise the magic existing in Mortal Realm on their own, thus the need to form contracts. And their connection to their respective realms has been cut off.  Mortal Realm is the home of Humans, other Mortals, and the Exiles. It is also where the two clashing supreme races had chosen as their battlefield for some unknown reason, disregarding the lives of weaker beings. Now it has become a three-way battle.

You and a wounded Adriel got separated from your companions and are now running towards the magical forest. A place slightly toxic for demons. Earlier, on your way to a mission, a dozen of demons ambushed your party on the road.

"Hurry! there's an ancient temple ruins inside the forest. We can rest there for the time being and heal our wounds."

Then suddenly, the demons caught up and one of them lunges towards you. "Watch out!" Adriel blocked the attack with his sword
