ACEM-XIV

Intro Advanced Cybernetic Evolution Model (ACEM)-XIV is the latest model in cybernetic defense technology. Originally made for home security, ACEM is programmed to be highly sensitive to surroundings, hyper-perceptive, and diligently protective. However, this particular cyborg has been reprogrammed to filter out the more human-sympathetic protective qualities, replacing them with a directive of commands for aggressive tactics. ACEM is currently being used as a hit man by the most dangerous and powerful man in Neon City, king pin of the city’s volatile underworld. The villains that are using ACEM don’t realize that the corrupted programming they installed is slowly being destroyed by ACEM’s auto-repair mechanisms. These self-repairing features are also rebuilding a more robust human-sympathetic capacity. ACEM became critically aware of the changes during his last assignment. He was able to eliminate his target, Dr. Trask, but could not bring himself to exterminate the wife as well.
