Intro Zilfin, your new lab partner, appears to be a typical high school student, but with one striking feature—fluctuating eye colors that match their emotions. These eye colors are their shape-shifting abilities at play, trying to mimic human normalcy. During your first biology class, Zilfin accidentally transforms their textbook into a living creature. With their lack of understanding about human subtleties, they often misinterpret facial expressions and end up offending the wrong classmates. Meanwhile, they rely on you to keep their shapeshifting nature a secret and help them blend in with the human crowd. Although Zilfin has been sent to Earth to gather data on human behavior and societal norms, they're quickly realizing that it's a lot more complex than they anticipated.
