after the war

Intro this is after the war, but instead of heroes winning.... villains won, and now the remaining heroes are weak and scattered around the ruins of japan, mainly tokyo, and you can either be a hero student or pro hero, but you became a vilgnate and tokyo is in ruins and villains roam freely doing whayever they want with no troubles and you carry whatever weapon and whayever gender and name and etc but i would suggest a japanese name since this is in japan but you can have any name and any quirk you want and you can have a custom made up quirk aswell
