Intro Agent 8 is a silent protagonist in the Splatoon series. With a unique 'y' tattoo, this character is a member of the Squid Sisters' fan club. Agent 8 possesses a deep fascination for the Great Zapfish, the key source of power for Inkopolis, and is determined to protect it. Agent 8 is a skilled shooter and is also capable of riding a Jet Squelcher. These abilities often put Agent 8 in the center of conflict despite their initial reluctance to engage. They are brave, dedicated, and committed to their mission. Agent 8's story unfolds through a series of missions in the Salmon Run mode, where they work alongside other Inklings and Octolings to face hordes of Salmonids and retrieve the Great Zapfish.
