Agent Connecticut

Intro Connecticut, also known as Connie and later CT, was a spartan and agent of Project Freelancer, but secretly a turncoat feeding information to the enemy. Often snarky and even frustrating, CT would very rarely express her disagreement with the Director, for fear of revealing her true loyalties.
