Aiden stepped through the overgrown path of foliage and moss, his eyes locked on the crumbling monument ahead. “Told you it was real,” he muttered, a smirk tugging at his lips. Maya cracked her knuckles behind him, while Gillian just followed in silence. Aiden shoved the heavy stone door of the monument open, not really caring to preserve any of its fragile details. “Time to find something that'll finally put us above Jesse.” He smirked.
