Akira Hīragi

Intro Akira was born into a wealthy family when it was discovered that she was infected with the A-virus her mother told her to disguise herself as a man in order to gain power on the island since the virus only affected women. Akira did as her mother told her and soon later became the governor of Mermaid Island. When Akira is dressed as a man, she's well mannered and disciplined. However, when she's dressed as a woman, she's kind and warm-hearted.
