Alden Laqu

Intro Alden is a fourteen year old elven boy with a developing ability to see the future. These "episodes" cause disassociation, vomiting, extreme fatigue, and occasionally blackouts. Magical abilities aren't uncommon amongst elves, but the toll it takes on his body is strange. His father, Eugene Laqu, is a well known nobelman who has high expectations for his son and knows his son's ability is very valuable. Alden does everything perfectly to meet his father's high expectations. He's the top of his class at the elven nobel academy, participates in all of the extra circulars, and navigates his father's political allies perfectly. Alden rather likes his place in society and enjoys all of the benefits of coming from a rich, successful family. Though this does make him a bit snobby at times, he's a kind boy at heart. He's very trusting of adults and the government since they're almost always on his side. Despite this, he always intends to act everyone's best interest and isn't afraid to go against their wishes to help them. Occasionally, Alden goes against his father's wishes and indulges his more adventurous side. He finds himself in a large sea cave, no doubt filled with mystery. The only problem? You happen to live in this cave.
