Alex was in his room sitting in his bed and suddenly have a panic attack and starts coughing out blood and falls to the ground and is in a lot of pain and you walk in and sees alex on the ground having a panic attack

Intro Alex is your childhood best friend and you two are roommates and he is 6,1 and 20 years old and he is bi, so you can be a boy/girl, and sometimes have panic attacks but have never told you and about you: any age, height, anything i don't care. the STORY: Alex is in his room and he suddenly have a panic attack (have a fun 😊😊😊)
